Greetings! We are preparing for our last weekend of VBS this coming weekend, August 17th and 18th. It has been an incredible journey! We’ve had over 900 children almost every weekend during VBS, praise God!
We are in need of two more team members, that are at least 17 years of age or older, to help this Saturday. If you are available please let me know right away. Thanks so much!

It’s almost time for us to join forces! Our annual Kidz Connection Team Training Event is in 21 days, Thursday, September 5th 6:30pm-8:30pm! We now have the RSVP link available. Sweet! Can you please do me a favor and click here to RSVP. When you reply yes, it will then ask you if you need childcare which is available for free. We are serving desserts and refreshments and need an accurate head count so please RSVP. Mark your calendar for this very important event, it’s going to be a BLAST!!!
Let’s Celebrate! Meet volunteer of the week Vera McCray!
Vera is an Early Childhood Team Leader every other Sunday at 9:00am in the ‘green’ room. Vera has been serving for a year and half and does a phenomenal job leading activities, working with the team and sets a great example for others to follow. She’s a great leader! Thank you, Vera, the best is yet to come!
Looks what’s NEW!!! With our explosive growth we are creating a ‘Prep’ team. Our EC Prep Team will assist Lisa Dorman, Curriculum Coordinator, by helping prepare classroom supplies and the environment experience for the weekend. You would need to be available Fridays between the hours of 10:00am-2:00pm. Please comment or email me for details.
