Here are a few updates you should know about it!
1. We are super shorthanded this weekend and could really use your help if you are free. We have spots at each service (yeah… lots of people gone!)
Saturday 3:45 service – 2 spots in the Yellow room with 4s/5s
Saturday 5:45 service – 1 spot in the Blue room with 3’s
Sunday 9am – 1 spot in Green with 4s/5s and 1 spot in Blue with 3’s
Sunday at 11am – 3 spots in 3’s
You can fill in a spot by going onto our online schedule or you can email me at jill.crew@parkviewchurch.com
2. We have a new policy for opening rooms starting this past weekend. We cannot open a room until 2 adult teachers are in a room. Rooms open 20 minutes before service begins. So please be early! We had parents waiting for rooms to open a few times because we didn’t have 2 teachers. We definitely want our parents to know that we are ready and prepared for them so that we can make the best first impression we can. We only get one! If you are running late, please text me at 708-937-5197 to let me know (make sure you tell me who you are just in case you aren’t programmed in my phone yet).
3. Easter Schedule! The last few holidays I have put everyone on the schedule and have asked you to respond back with a yes or no… it seems to work better this way. If you can check the Easter schedule and let me know if you are able or unable to serve, that would be great! If you can help at a second service, we could definitely use your help! (If you don’t remember your username/password email me and I can resend it to you)
